2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350, grease muffin tin
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium mixing bowl. Stir in cranberries and pecans. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist.
Fill muffing tins 3/4 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
